PENSACOLA, Fla. — Pensacola Habitat for Humanity se asocia con la Asociación de Constructores de Viviendas del Oeste de Florida y la ciudad de Pensacola para ofrecer tres hermosas viviendas a compradores de vivienda con bajos ingresos en la comunidad, reafirmando así su compromiso de brindar más oportunidades de vivienda asequible a quienes lo merecen. Three new homes for sale in Pensacola city limits for qualified applicants through Pensacola Habitat for Humanity and Home Builders Association special program
PENSACOLA, Fla. — Pensacola Habitat for Humanity is partnering with the Home Builders Association of West Florida and the City of Pensacola to offer three beautiful homes to income-qualified homebuyers in the community, continuing its commitment to providing more affordable homeownership opportunities to deserving homebuyers. Applications open on Tuesday, October 21, and will remain open for 30 days.
Titled “Blueprint to Homeownership,” this special purchase program, separate from Pensacola Habitat for Humanity’s traditional home purchase programs, will offer homebuyers the chance to purchase affordable homes through the Northwest Florida Community Land Trust, ensuring the homes remain affordable for generations.
Each home offers beautiful features and charm, with all three homes featuring a functional 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout perfect for families looking for quality, affordable housing. The homes located at 2300 W. Jackson St. and 1491 N. E St. will be available to buyers that make below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) while the home at 113 N. Spring St. will be sold to a buyer that earns between 81-120% AMI. Qualified applicants must be at least 18 years old, have 2 years of consistent employment and bring a preapproval letter for a mortgage from an approved lender. Once the application period closes, one homebuyer will be randomly selected for each home, ensuring that all potential homebuyers have the opportunity to submit an application. To increase chances of selection, applicants will receive one additional entry for every $10,000 of pre-approved mortgage amount.
