Servicio de tranvía gratuito regresa a Pensacola Beach
PENSACOLA BEACH, Fla. – La Santa Rosa Island Authority (SRIA) lanzó su servicio gratuito de tranvías al aire libre a lo largo de Pensacola Beach el 24 de mayo.
El tranvía de 2019 Pensacola Beach Island se realizará diariamente desde las 4 p.m. hasta la medianoche hasta el 2 de septiembre.
Los tranvías ayudan a aliviar la congestión del tráfico al permitir que los visitantes se estacionen en cualquier lugar y tengan una manera conveniente de recorrer toda la isla.
Tres tranvía funcionarán simultáneamente. Cada carro hace 35 paradas entre Park West cerca de la puerta de entrada a Gulf Islands National Seashore y la entrada a Portofino Island Resort cerca de Park East.
Los tranvía al aire libre, energéticamente eficientes, funcionan con combustible diesel limpio y están equipados con un dispositivo GPS que rastrea electrónicamente su ubicación, actualizando su posición cada 30 segundos.
Los visitantes pueden acceder al horario del tranvía en tiempo real de cuatro maneras:

Free trolley service returns to Pensacola Beach
PENSACOLA BEACH, Fla. – The Santa Rosa Island Authority (SRIA) launched their free, open-air trolley service along Pensacola Beach on May 24.
The 2019 Pensacola Beach Island Trolley will run daily from 4 p.m. to midnight through Sept. 2.
The trolleys help alleviate traffic congestion by allowing visitors to park anywhere and have a convenient way to tour the whole island.
Three trolleys will operate concurrently. Each trolley makes 35 stops between Park West near the entrance gate to Gulf Islands National Seashore and the entrance to Portofino Island Resort near Park East.
The energy-efficient, open-air trolleys run on clean diesel fuel and are outfitted with a GPS device that electronically tracks its location, updating its position every 30 seconds.
Visitors can access the real-time trolley schedule four ways:
- Visit the “Trolley Tracker” at visitpensacolabeach.com/trolleytracker
- Call 850-602-9384 and enter the trolley stop number
- Text SRIA (space) and the trolley stop number to 41411
- Scan the QR code posted at each trolley stop with a smartphone
