PENSACOLA, Fla. – La Costa Latina invita a la comunidad a celebrar las culturas y comunidades de Colombia, Argentina, Venezuela, Perú, Puerto Rico y Estados Unidos en el Julio Fest, que se llevará a cabo el sábado 11 de julio en Museum Plaza, en el centro de Pensacola, de 2 p.m. a 9 p.m. El evento contará con actividades de verano, comida, música, un tobogán de agua y diversión para toda la familia.
Estos seis países celebran sus días de independencia (y el Día del Estado Libre Asociado) durante el mes de julio. La entrada al evento es gratuita y aún hay espacios disponibles para vendedores. El registro de proveedores está disponible en www.latinomediainc.com.

PENSACOLA, Fla. – La Costa Latina invites the community to celebrate the cultures and communities of Colombia, Argentina, Venezuela, Peru, Puerto Rico and the USA at Julio Fest, Saturday, July 11 at Museum Plaza in Downtown Pensacola from 2 until 9 p.m. The event includes summertime activities, food, music a water slide and fun for the whole family.
These six countries celebrate their independence days (and Commonwealth Day) in July. Admission to the event is free and vendor space is still available. Vendor Registration is avaialble at www.latinomediainc.com.

VENDOR SET-UP: MAP | MUSEUM PLAZA REGULATIONS
VENDEDORES DEL JULIO FEST: Gracias por participar en el festival! El mapa del evento, estas instrucciones de montaje y las normas del recinto se publicarán mañana por la mañana en www.latinomediainc.com/JulioFest. Por favor, revisen nuevamente las reglas que aparecen en la página del formulario de registro. El incumplimiento de las reglas puede conllevar multas por parte de la University of West Florida, la ciudad de Pensacola y/o el estado de Florida. Lo más importante: por favor, tengan en cuenta lo siguiente:
- El horario de montaje comienza al mediodía. Realizar el montaje antes del mediodía puede acarrear cargos adicionales.
- Está prohibido clavar estacas en el suelo de este recinto. Las carpas, la iluminación y otros equipos deben asegurarse utilizando barriles de agua, bloques de cemento u otro tipo de contrapeso que no penetre ni dañe el terreno.
- No se permite el acceso de vehículos al césped. Por favor, descarguen su equipo antes de la 1:30 p. m. Los vendedores pueden estacionar en la calle Zaragoza, entre las calles Jefferson y Tarragona, tal como se indica en el mapa.
- Los vendedores son responsables de limpiar su propia área. No se permite colgar nada de las farolas.
- Las tomas de corriente de las farolas no soportan aparatos eléctricos y provocarán un corte de energía general. Se recomienda a los vendedores traer un generador silencioso si necesitan electricidad para algo más que iluminación, según lo indicado en el formulario de registro.
- Ningún vendedor puede vender alcohol.

- JULIO FESTIVA VENDORS: Thank you for participating in the festival! The event map, these setup instructions and facility rules will be posted at www.latinomediainc.com/JulioFest in the morning. Please review the rules on the registration form page again. Violations of rules may result in fines by the University of West Florida, the City of Pensacola and/or the State of Florida. Most importantly, please remember the following:
Set up time is at noon. Setting up before noon may incur additional charges. - Staking is prohibited at this venue. Tents, lighting, and other equipment must be secured by water barrels, cement blocks, or another type of weight that does not penetrate or disturb the ground.
- No vehicles are allowed on the grass. Please drop off your equipment before 1:30. Vendors may park on Zaragoza Street between Jefferson and Tarragona streets as indicated on the map.
- Vendors are responsible for cleaning their own area. Nothing can be hung from the lamp posts.
- The electrical outlets on the light posts do not support appliances and will cause a power outage for everyone. Venders are advised to bring a quiet generator if power is needed for more than lights as indicated on the registration form.
- No alcohol may be sold by any vender.
