Pensacola Beach Reopening: Here’s How The Cashless Tolls Work
Ciudad proporciona estaciones de lavado de manos para personas sin hogar durante COVID-19
La Ciudad de Pensacola está proporcionando 11 estaciones de lavado de manos en 10 lugares para la población sin hogar o para aquellos que no tienen acceso regular a agua y jabón durante la pandemia de COVID-19.
Las estaciones se proporcionan en un esfuerzo por ayudar a las personas sin hogar a practicar buenas técnicas de lavado de manos, según lo recomendado por los Centros para el Control y la Prevención de Enfermedades para ayudar a prevenir la propagación de COVID-19.
Las estaciones de lavado de manos están siendo financiadas a través del fondo discrecional de la concejal del distrito 2 Sherri Myers y el fondo discrecional de la concejal del distrito 6 Ann Hill, junto con el fondo general de la ciudad.

City Providing Hand-washing Stations for the Homeless During COVID-19
The City of Pensacola is providing 11 hand-washing stations at 10 locations for the homeless population or those who do not have regular access to soap and water during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The stations are being provided in an effort to help homeless individuals practice good hand-washing techniques, as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
The hand-washing stations are being funded through District 2 Councilwoman Sherri Myers’ discretionary fund and District 6 Councilwoman Ann Hill’s discretionary fund, along with the city’s general fund.
Hand-washing stations are available at the following locations in the city:
- Bryan Park: 1200 Langley Ave.
- Loaves and Fishes: 257 E. Lee St.
- Under the Interstate 110 Ramp near the Pensacola Bay Center
- Bill Gregory Park: 150 N. “W” St.
- Martin Luther King Jr. Plaza: 50 N. Palafox St. (two stations)
- Wyer Park: 320 W. Belmont St.
- Pensacola Library: 239 N. Spring St.
- Veterans Memorial Park: 200 S. 10th Ave.
- Bartram Park: 211 Bayfront Parkway
- City Hall parking lot: 222 W. Main St. (Corner of Spring Street and Main Street)
