Estudiante Acusado por Amenzar a un Oficical
Un estudiante en el Okaloosa Academy Charter School cerca de Fort Walton Beach fue arrestado hoy después de dos veces decirle al Oficial de Seguridad que le dispararía.
El niño de 13 años deambulaba por el campus, negándose a escuchar a los oficiales de la escuela o al SRO (School Resource Officer, por sus siglas en inglés). Golpeó la puerta de un aula y caminó alrededor de varios edificios escolares. Cuando trató de entrar en uno de ellos, el SRO le dijo que parara. Él dice que es cuando el estudiante le dijo al SRO que le dispararía y también le daría un puñetazo en la cara si lo tocaba. El estudiante continuó ignorando las instrucciones del oficial y repitió las mismas amenazas. Él también entró en el edificio de la escuela secundaria después de que le dijeron que parara. En ese momento el SRO lo agarró del brazo. El estudiante corrió pero fue detenido.
El estudiante de séptimo grado está acusado de amenazar a un funcionario público y de resistirse (arresto) a un oficial sin violencia.
Student Charged with Threatening Deputy
A student at the Okaloosa Academy Charter School near Fort Walton Beach was arrested today after twice telling the School Resource Officer he would shoot him.
The 13-year old was wandering around campus, refusing to listen to school officials or the SRO. He beat on a classroom door and walked around several school buildings. When he tried to enter one of them, the SRO told him to stop. He says that’s when the student told the SRO he would shoot him, and also punch him in the face if he touched him. The student continued to ignore the deputy’s directions and repeated the same threats. He also entered the middle school building after being told to stop. At that point the SRO grabbed his arm. The student ran but was apprehended.
The 7th grader is charged with threatening a public official and resisting an officer without violence.
