Dos acusados de agresión sexual a víctima incapacitada
DESTIN, Fla.—La Oficina del Sheriff del Condado de Okaloosa informó que dos hombres han sido acusados en relación con una violación sexual de una mujer que cree que fue drogada antes de ser asaltada. Son acusados por la agresión sexual cuando la víctima fue físicamente incapaz de defenderse.
El informe dice que la víctima dijo que le proporcionaron una copa de vino y dos bebidas mezcladas durante la noche del 22 de noviembre del 2015. Posteriormente se despertó boca abajo, con náuseas y vómitos en la habitación de un hotel en Destin.
La víctima dijo que se sentía como en una neblina estaba moreteada y dolorida. Ella se hizo un examen completo por la agresión sexual en el Sacred Heart Hospital del Emerald Coast
Investigadores de OCSO obtuvieron un video del hotel la noche del incidente que muestra a los dos hombres que llevan a la víctima de sus manos a través del vestíbulo mientras se tropezaba y se tambaleaba.
La víctima dijo que nunca había estado en una relación romántica o sexual con ninguno de los dos hombres y que no dio su consentimiento para ningún acto sexual ni aceptó ir a un hotel a sabiendas.
Two charged in sexual battery with incapacitated victim
DESTIN, Fla.—The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office reports that two men have now been charged in connection with a sexual battery involving a woman who believes she was drugged before being assaulted. They are charged with Sexual Battery When the Victim is Physically Helpless to Resist.
The report says the victim says they provided her with a glass of wine and two mixed drinks during the night of Nov. 22, 2015. She later woke up face down, nauseous, and vomiting in a Destin hotel room.
The victim said she felt like she was in a fog and was bruised and sore. She had a sexual battery kit completed at Sacred Heart Hospital on the Emerald Coast.
OCSO investigators obtained a video from the hotel the night of the incident that shows the two men leading the victim by her hands through the lobby as she stumbles and sways.
The victim said she had never been in a romantic or sexual relationship with either man and did not give consent for any sexual act or agree to knowingly go to a hotel.
