Un lugar de paz abre en Mobile
MOBILE, Ala. – The Light of the World, ubicado en 998 Dauphin Island Parkway en Mobile, celebró la inauguración de un nuevo templo el 25 de febrero. La ceremonia comenzó a las 10 a.m. con un coro de 60 integrantes cantando himnos y el pastor Benjamín Joaquín invitó a todos los asistentes a entrar al nuevo templo.
Asistieron algunos funcionarios en representación de la Ciudad de Mobile, como la Directora de Asuntos Comunitarios, Keysha Brown, en representación del Alcalde Sandy Stimpson; el concejal CJ Small; y el Director Ejecutivo de Seguridad Pública, Lawrence Battiste.
La nueva casa de oración está abierta para todos aquellos que deseen visitarla.
“Todo aquel que desee entrar al templo para orar, cantar o escuchar la palabra de Dios, está invitado,” dijo Salatiel Gray, vocero del evento. “Hay servicios diarios a las 7 p.m. y todos están invitados.”
A place of peace opens in Mobile
MOBILE, Ala. – The Light of the World, located at 998 Dauphin Island Parkway in Mobile, celebrated the inauguration of a new temple on February 25. The ceremony began at 10 a.m. with a choir of 60 members singing hymns and the pastor Benjamín Joaquín invited all the attendees to enter into the new temple.
In attendance were some officials representing the City of Mobile such as the Director of Community Affairs, Keysha Brown, in representation of Mayor Sandy Stimpson; Councilman CJ Small; and the Executive Director of Public Safety, Lawrence Battiste.
The new house of prayer is open for all those who wish to visit.
“Anyone who desires to enter the temple to pray, sing, or hear the word of God, is invited, said Salatiel Gray, Spokesperson of the event. “There are daily services at 7pm and everyone is invited.”
