Liga de fútbol de Pensacola
PENSACOLA, FL – La liga se toma un descanso durante el fin de semana del Día del Trabajo ya que estamos a mitad de temporada. Este receso dará tiempo a los equipos para descansar, pasar un domingo alejado del fútbol y con las familias en un fin de semana largo.
Algunos equipos usarán este tiempo para elaborar estrategias sobre cómo mantener el liderazgo en la mesa, ya que Galleros lidera con 16 puntos. Otros, como Pensacola United y Real Juventus, pensarán en su estrategia para ubicarse entre los 8 primeros lugares y llegar al play off. Durante el partido 7, Galleros mantuvo una racha invicta, sin embargo estuvo cerca de perder su primer juego contra Pensacola United. Hasta ahora, Galleros ha ganado todos los juegos, pero empató un punto y no pudo derrotar a Pensacola United.
La Vieja Escuela sigue escalando en la clasificación y ocupa el segundo lugar en la tabla después de derrotar al América FC. Los campeones y finalistas de la temporada pasada, Los Merengues y Honduras FC están rezagados en el tercer lugar de la tabla, pero siguen siendo fuertes aspirantes al título de esta temporada. En el medio del pelotón y aspirantes a una mínima oportunidad al campeonato están Los del Barrio en 5° lugar y Alvarengas en 6° lugar. América ocupa el 7° lugar y Lobos, nuevo en esta temporada, está en el 8° lugar con un equipo prometedor que podría llevarlos a pelear por el título. Galaxy definitivamente está en la parte inferior de la tabla con pocas posibilidades de llegar a los playoffs.
Los domingos son un día divertido en la cancha de fútbol para familiares y amigos.
Pensacola Soccer League
PENSACOLA, FL – The league is taking a break during Labor Day weekend. Since we are midway into the season. This break will allow time for the teams to have a break, spend a Sunday away from soccer and with the families on a long weekend.
Some teams will use this time to strategize on how to keep the lead on the table as Galleros leads with 16 points. Other like Pensacola United and Real Juventus will think of their strategy to get in the top 8 places and make it to the play off. During match 7, Galleros keep an undefeated streak, however they came close to losing their first game versus Pensacola United. So far, Galleros has won every game but drew a point and were not able to defeat Pensacola United.
Old school continues to climb up the standings coming second in the table after defeating America FC. Last season champions and finalist, Los Merengues and Honduras FC are trailing in third place of the table but continue to be strong challengers for this season’s title. In the middle of the pack and hopefuls for the slight chance at the championship are Los del Barrio in 5th place and Alvarengas in 6th place. America is holding 7th place and Lobos, new in this season are in 8th place with a promising team that might lead them to challenge the title. Galaxy is definitely at the bottom of the table with slim chance of making it to the playoff.
Sundays are a fun day at the soccer field for family and friends.
