No podemos retener inscripciones ya que las plazas son limitadas. ► Please do not register if you are not prepared to make a payment within 24 hours. Reglas y Pólizas / Rules and Policies

Latino Media Gulf Coast/La Costa Latina = LMGC/LCL

MERCADITO: Los vendedores que requieran más de 10'x10' deben comprar varios espacios. ► Vendors requiring more than 10'x10' must purchase multiple spaces.(1)*

NO FOOD TRUCKS OR TRAILERS: No se permiten camiones ni remolques de comida en este evento. ► Food trucks and trailers are not allowed at this event.*

CARPAS / TENTS: No se permite carpas más grandes que 10'x10'. No se permite cocinar o tener fuego abierto bajo las carpas. Los vendedores que cocinen en el evento deben tener un extintor de incendios que haya sido inspeccionado recientemente. ► Tents larger than 10'x10' are not allowed. No cooking or open flames are allowed under tents. Vendors who cook on-site must have a recently inspected fire extinguisher.(1)*

LAS BEBIDAS ALCOHOLICAS NO PODRÁN SER VENDIDAS POR NINGÚN VENDEDOR en este festival. ► ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOLIC DRINKS MAY BE SOLD BY ANY VENDOR at this festival.*

NO SE PERMITEN VEHÍCULOS EN LOS ESPACIOS DE LOS VENDEDORES. Los vendedores en los espacios de las carpas deben descargar su equipo y sacar sus vehículos del área del festival antes de las 4:30 p.m. ► VEHICLES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON VENDOR SPACE. Vendors in tent spaces must unload their equipment and move their vehicles from the festival area by 4:30 p.m.*

LIMPIEZA / CLEANING: El vendedor es responsable de la CORRECTA ELIMINACIÓN de su comida, cooking oil, basura, envases vacíos/cajas, decoraciones, y los desperdicios o materiales sobrantes al final de la participación en el evento. El vendedor se asegurará si hay artículos sobrantes que se dejan alrededor de su área de la tienda de otro modo en el sitio cuando el evento termine. ► Vendor is responsible for PROPER DISPOSAL of its food, cooking oil, trash, empty cartons/boxes, decorations, and leftover literature or materials at the end of the event participation. Vendor shall ensure no leftover items are left in and around its booth area otherwise onsite when the event ends.*

REGISTRACIÓN & PAGO / REGISTRATION & PAYMENT: Por favor registrarse lo más pronto posible, ya que el espacio son limitados. El pago total y toda la documentación inclusive de este acuerdo están requeridos y deben ser recibidos por LMGC/LCL para cumplir la registración. LMGC/LCL se reserva el derecho de cancelar o vender el espacio a otra organización si el pago o los elementos requeridos no son recibidos de una manera oportuna. Las inscripciones se cerrarán una vez se agoten las plazas. ► Please register as soon as possible as space is limited. Full payment and all required documentation including this agreement must be received by LMGC/LCL to complete registration. LMGC/LCL reserves the right to cancel or sell the space to another organization if payment and required items are not received in a timely manner. Registrations will be closed once spaces are sold out.*

El acceso limitado a la energía estará disponible. Todavía se recomienda que los vendedores no dependan de la electricidad ya que las fallas de energía y la accesibilidad están fuera del control de los organizadores del Festival Latino. Se permiten generadores independientes SILENCIOSOS. Los organizadores pueden pedir a los vendedores que apaguen el generador o que abandonen el evento si el generador hace demasiado ruido. ► Limited access to power will be available. It is still advised that vendors not be dependent on electricity as any power failures and accessibility are out of the control of the Latino Festival organizers. QUIET independent generators are allowed, however organizers may ask vendors to turn off the generator or leave the event if the generator is too loud. *

ESPACIO ASIGNADA / BOOTH SPACE: Ninguna parte de demostración del vendedor puede bloquear o de othro modo infringir o de otro modo. LMGC/LCL se reserva el derecho de eliminar o reasignar espacio de la tienda, a su entera discreción para mejorar la seguridad, acceso o visibilidad. ► No part of Vendor display may block or otherwise infringe another booth. LMGC/LCL reserves the right to remove obstructions or reassign booth space at its sole discretion to improve safety, access or visibility.*

COMPARTAMIENTO / SHARING: Cada espacio de tienda es exclusivo de cada vendedor individual. No se permite el compartimiento del espacio de la tienda con otros vendedores sin el expreso consentimiento escrito de LMGC/LCL. ► Each booth space is exclusive to the individual Vendor. Sharing of booth space with other Vendors is not permitted without the express written consent of LMGC/LCL. *

PROPIEDADES / PROPERY: Pérdida de propiedades, daños y roturas en el evento y las instalaciones será responsabilidad de la persona que firma este contrato. LMGC/LCL no es responsable de artículos perdidos o robados. El vendedor debe guardar los objetos de valor fuera del alcance de los visitantes. LCL no garantiza al vendedor contra las pérdidas, incluyendo pero no limitado a pérdidas por robo. ► Missing property, damage and breakage at the event and facility will be the responsibility of the person signing this contract. LMGC/LCL is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Vendor must store valuable items away from easy reach of visitors. LCL does not guarantee Vendor against losses, including but not limited to losses from theft.*

DERECHOS / RIGHTS: LMGC / LCL se reserva el derecho de rechazar la participación de cualquiera de las partes sobre la base de una conducta inapropiada o contenido de la tienda. LMGC / LCL se reserva el derecho de negar espacio en el stand a cualquier Proveedor inclusivo a cualquier espacio de la tienda del vendedor que representa a una organización que no es consistente con la misión y los valores de LMGC/LCL & HRCNWF. ► LMGC/LCL reserves the right to refuse participation to any party based on inappropriate conduct or booth content. LMGC/LCL reserves the right to refuse booth space to any Vendor including any Vendor that represents an organization that is not consistent with the mission and values of LMGC/LCL & HRCNWF.*

REEMBOLSOS / REFUNDS: El vendedor reconoce que las cuotas pagadas no son reembolsables, excepto en el caso improbable de que el evento sea cancelado, en cuyo caso LMGC / LCL reembolsará al vendedor cualquier y toda porción NO UTILIZADA de su cuota. En caso de cancelación, se aceptarán paquetes de publicidad. ► Vendor acknowledges that the fees paid are non-refundable except in the unlikely event that the event is canceled, in which case LMGC/LCL will refund to Vendor any and all UNUSED portion of its fee. In the event of cancellation, advertising packages will be honored.*

ACUERDO / AGREEMENT: He leído las pólizas anteriores con respecto a mi participación como vendedor o patrocinador del festival. Como contraprestación por la oportunidad de participar en estos eventos, el proveedor renuncia y libera todos los derechos para sí mismo, sus empleados y agentes de cualquier reclamo por daños y perjuicios que él, sus empleados o agentes puedan tener en contra de Latino Media Golf Coast, sus empleados o agentes, o los empleados o agentes de cualquier Latino Media Gulf Coast, Inc.afilial o subsidiaria de los créditos resultantes de la participación de proveedores en este evento. ► I have read the above policies concerning my participation as a vendor or sponsor for the festival presented by Latino Media Gulf Coast. In consideration for the opportunity to participate in indicated events, Vendor hereby waives and releases all rights for itself, its employees, and agents to any claims for damages it, its employees or agents may have against Latino Media Gulf Coast, its employees or agents, or the employees or agents of any Latino Media Gulf Coast, Inc. affiliate or subsidiary for claims arising out of Vendor’s participation in any of this event.*
