Hombre de Crestview acusado de secuestro
CONDADO DE OKALOOSA, Fla. – Un informe de la oficina del alguacil del condado de Okaloosa dice que un hombre de Crestview está detenido sin derecho a fianza en la cárcel del condado de Okaloosa después de haber sido acusado de múltiples delitos graves relacionados con la violencia doméstica. Los cargos incluyen agresión con la intención de cometer un delito grave, agresión, agresión agravada y agresión sexual.
Los cargos adicionales contra el hombre de 37 años incluyen secuestro y posesión de un arma por parte de un delincuente convicto.
La víctima dice que la mañana del 23 de diciembre, el agresor la agredió sexualmente, la golpeó en la cara y la cabeza, la pisoteó y pateó y tiró de ella por el cabello.
La víctima también dijo que no se le permitió irse y el atacante le dijo que la iba a matar. Ella dice que él había roto su teléfono celular hace un par de semanas, lo que le impidió llamar al 9-1-1.
Los agentes encontraron a la víctima con heridas.
El informe dice que el sospechoso negó las acusaciones y los agentes dicen que dijo: “Hice lo que tenía que hacer para controlarla.”
Crestview man charged with kidnapping
OKALOOSA COUNTY, Fla. – An Okaloosa County Sheriff’s office report says a Crestview man is being held without bond in the Okaloosa County Jail after being charged with multiple domestic-violence related felonies. Charges include assault with intent to commit a felony, battery, aggravated battery, and sexual assault.
Additional charges against the 37-year old male include kidnapping and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
The victim says the morning of December 23, the assailant sexually battered her, punched her in the face and head, stomped and kicked her, and pulled her around by the hair.
The victim also said she was not allowed to leave and was told by the attacker that he was going to kill her. She says he had broken her cell phone a couple of weeks ago, preventing her from being able to call 9-1-1.
Deputies found the victim suffering from significant injuries.
The report says suspect denied the accusations, and deputies say he uttered, ” I did what I had to do to control her.”
