ACIJ abre una nueva oficina en Mobile
Mobile, AL—Alabama Coalition for Immigrant Justice (ACIJ) celebró una jornada de puertas abiertas en Mobile, Alabama. El evento se llevó a cabo en Fuse Factory ubicado en 200 Government Street 4th Floor en Mobile el viernes 31 de agosto.
La Alabama Coalition for Immigrant Justice (ACIJ) es una red de individuos y organizaciones a nivel estatal que trabaja para promover y defender los derechos de los inmigrantes en Alabama. Este es el primero de los cuatro eventos que organiza el ACIJ para abrir sus puertas a la comunidad.
“En ACIJ, estamos acercando nuestro trabajo a la comunidad. Este evento tiene como objetivo construir relaciones entre nuestro personal en la región y los aliados más cercanos y amigos que apoyan los esfuerzos por los derechos de los inmigrantes,” dijo Sarai Portillo, directora ejecutiva de ACIJ.
ACIJ Opens New Office in Mobile
Mobile, AL—The Alabama Coalition for Immigrant Justice (ACIJ) celebrated an Open House in Mobile, Ala. The event is took place at Fuse Factory located at 200 Government Street 4th Floor in Mobile on Friday, August 31st.
The Alabama Coalition for Immigrant Justice (ACIJ) is a grassroots, statewide network of individuals and organizations that works to advance and defend the rights of immigrants in Alabama. This is the first of four events that ACIJ is organizing to open its doors to the community.
“At ACIJ, we are bringing our work closer to the community. This event is aiming to build relationships between our staff in the region and the closest allies and friends supporting immigrant rights efforts,” said Sarai Portillo, executive director of ACIJ.
