Adolescente acusado de amenaza de tiroteo en la escuela
FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla. – Un adolescente de Fort Walton Beach enfrenta un delito grave de segundo grado en relación con amenazas de un tiroteo masivo en una escuela local.
La Oficina del Sheriff del Condado de Okaloosa acusó a un niño de 15 años de enviar amenazas escritas o electrónicas. Los investigadores dicen que creó un perfil de Instagram y lo usó para enviar amenazas a los estudiantes de la escuela Baker el 10 y el 11 de mayo, incluida una referencia a una pistola Glock y el envío de una foto de un arma.
Los investigadores de OCSO verificaron que la cuenta de Instagram y el número de teléfono adjunto pertenecen al niño. La investigación está en curso.
Teen charged with school shooting threat
FORT WALTON BEACH, Fla. – A Fort Walton Beach teenager faces a second degree felony in connection with making threats of a mass shooting at a local school.
The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office has charged a 15-year-old boy with sending written or electronic threats. Investigators say he created an Instagram profile and used it to send threats to students at Baker School May 10 and May 11 including referencing a Glock handgun and sending a photo of a weapon.
OCSO Investigators verified the Instagram account and the phone number it is attached to belong to the boy. The investigation is ongoing.
