PENSACOLA: Disfrute de los personajes de Navidad, excursiones musicales, diversión familiar y juegos

PENSACOLA, Fla.—Los niños escriben cartas sobre sus deseos navideños y los entregan directamente a Papa Noel. Otros niños cantan canciones de karaoke de Navidad y juegan con renos y se divierten en nieve artificial.

Estas son algunas de las actividades familiares disponibles en Winterfest, con sede fuera del  Escambia  County Courthouse en las calles Palafox y Government en el centro de Pensacola.

Los eventos gratuitos están abiertos al público y se llevarán a cabo el viernes (9 de diciembre) y de nuevo el 16, 17 y 18 de diciembre.

Además, Winterfest ofrece recorridos llenos de diversión con Scrooge, Snoopy, Elvis, The Cat in the Hat, Grinch, Rudolph el reno de nariz roja y otros personajes memorables con cuentos de Navidad para contar.

Más de una docena de paradas se encuentran en la ruta, que serpentea por Historic Seville Squere y el centro de Pensacola, iluminada con docenas de nuevas luces de fiestas.

Winterfest Pensacola aparece como una de las 20 principales atracciones para el otoño, de acuerdo con la “Southeast Tourism Society.” También ha ganado elogios de otros sitios de turismo fuera de la ciudad.

PENSACOLA, Fla.—Children write letters about their Christmas wishes and deliver them directly to Santa Claus. Other children sing karaoke Christmas songs and play games with reindeer and frolic in artificial snow.

These are some of the family activities available at Winterfest, based outside the Escambia County Courthouse at Palafox and Government streets in downtown Pensacola.

The free events are open to the public and take place Friday (Dec.9) and again Dec. 16-17-18.

In addition, Winterfest offers fun-filled trolley tours complete with appearances by Scrooge, Snoopy, Elvis, The Cat in the Hat, the Grinch, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and other memorable characters with Christmas tales to tell.

More than a dozen stops are on the route, which winds through Historic Seville Square and downtown Pensacola, illuminated with dozens of new holiday lights.

Winterfest Pensacola is listed as a Top 20 attraction for the fall, according to the “Southeast Tourism Society.” It also has won accolades from other out-of-town tourism sites.
