La competencia de lanzamiento de startups de $100 mil se llevará a cabo en la cumbre ITEN WIRED
ITEN WIRED, Florida Power & Light Company (FPL), Space Florida y TechFarms Capital se complacen en anunciar la competencia de lanzamiento de los Premios a la Innovación ITEN WIRED que se llevará a cabo el 19 de octubre de 2023 junto con la Cumbre ITEN WIRED. El concurso está abierto a empresas en fase de creación pre semilla y en fase de semilla del noroeste de Florida.
La Cumbre ITEN WIRED es un evento de dos días que reunirá a empresarios, inversores y líderes empresariales de toda la región. La cumbre contará con oradores principales, paneles de discusión, talleres y oportunidades para establecer contactos.

La competencia de lanzamiento se llevará a cabo la tarde del 19 de octubre en el Hilton Pensacola Beach. Los seis mejores startups presentarán sus negocios ante un panel de jueces independientes, y tres ganadores recibirán $50,000 por el primer lugar, $25,000 por el segundo lugar y $25,000 por el tercer lugar. Los tres premios no son diluibles, lo que significa que las empresas ganadoras no tienen que ceder capital por los premios recibidos. Los dólares del premio cuentan con el apoyo de FPL y Space Florida.

$100k Startup Pitch Competition to be Held at ITEN WIRED Summit
ITEN WIRED, Florida Power & Light Company (FPL), Space Florida, and TechFarms Capital are pleased to announce the ITEN WIRED Innovation Awards startup pitch competition to be held on October 19, 2023 in conjunction with the ITEN WIRED Summit. The competition is open to pre-seed and seed-stage companies in Northwest Florida.
The ITEN WIRED Summit is a two-day event that will bring together entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders from across the region. The summit will feature keynote speakers, panel discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities.
“We are excited to partner with ITEN WIRED for this pitch competition,” said Danielle Mousseau, Manager of Economic Development, 35 Mules – an innovation hub within FPL. “It aligns with our mission of supporting Florida’s startup ecosystem. This is a great opportunity for early-stage companies in Northwest Florida to showcase their businesses to the attendees of the Summit and pitch to a panel of experienced investors and technologists.”

The pitch competition will be held on the afternoon of October 19 at the Hilton Pensacola Beach. The top six startups will pitch their businesses to a panel of independent judges, and three winners will receive $50,000 for 1st place, $25,000 for 2nd place, and $25,000 for third place. The three awards are non-dilutive, which means that the winning companies do not have to give up equity for the awards received. The award dollars are supported by FPL and Space Florida.
